- “-” negative before a word will take the word out of the search.
- Using “” around phrases to search for the phrase together.
- Use Or to include more than one way to express an idea.
- Google has many operators to help filter your search.
- Us WHOIS to identify the owner of a site.
Using power search tools one can find credible and accurate information. For example if I have a school project I can use Power Search in order to find articles only published under .edu sites or sort down to only the information I need.
